Lite Water Dinghy - Share your experience!
FeaturedWe would love to hear about your experiences with the LWD (Lite Water Dinghy)! To start this off, we'll share a recent company outing where many of us were able to float down a local river with the LWDs.
We took out some LWDs on a gorgeous August day to float down the Weber river in north central Utah. The float was about 2 miles and included some low rapids. We had to reinflate our LWDs half way through our float, as the colder temperatures in the water caused our warm breaths in the dinghies to contract. (Pro tip here: make sure you test your dinghy once it has been placed in the water to ensure the air pressure hasn't changed due to the differing temperatures! Or try blowing up your LWD while it is in the water.) In the end, all the LWDs worked great and everyone had a fun time! This was exactly the type of trip that was perfect for the dinghies!
*Notice that there is somewhat of a "kink" in the LWD while out of the water, once these have been placed in the water and are sat upon, the LWD will straighten out!
