Warranty Policy

This warranty form supports Klymit products and Rightline Gear products.

When purchased from an authorized dealer, all our products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects.

Repairs not covered under the Klymit warranty: intentional puncture, abrasion, misuse, alteration, modifications, abuse, taking apart of the product, normal use, wear and tear.

Warranted products will be replaced or repaired at Klymit's discretion, if a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.

IMPORTANT: Keep the defective product in your possession until your claim has been resolved. Klymit cannot guarantee a replacement if your submitted item does not remain in your possession throughout the warranty process.
