Can I mount the 4-Gallon Tank to cross bars?

Many people these days have crossbar style racks. Unfortunately, the 4-Gallon Tank is not a great candidate for this style of rack. It's too big to fit on one crossbar and not big enough for two. For crossbars, we recommend going up to the 8-Gallon Tank which is really made for that.

Options for the 4-Gallon Tank are to mount on your trailer hitch or even just keep it inside your vehicle, well supported.
