Can I cancel my Klymit order?

To cancel an order please email us at [e-mail] or call us at [phone] within 30 minutes of purchase. Our support hours are Monday -Thursday 8:30am - 4pm CST and Friday 8:30am - 1pm CST. 

If you are past the 30 minute allotted time, your order has been prepared to ship and cannot be cancelled. If you email or call to cancel your order outside of our support business hours, your order will likely be prepared to ship and cannot be cancelled.
