What is an eBay factory 2nd or certified refurbished Klymit product?

Factory second products are essentially new. There is nothing that will impair the functionality of the product compared to new products, but it may have an old label on the stuff sack or be discolored, or any number of things that do not meet our high standards. These products are covered with a 1-year warranty and a 30-day money-back return.

Certified refurbished products were previously used or owned.  They have been returned to our Klymit warehouse where they were thoroughly inspected before being repacked.  Some blemishes or discolorations may be present.  All refurbished pads are covered under our 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase a well as a 30 day return window.
