Some proactive steps that you can take include making sure the shipping address you used when purchasing the gear is accurate, looking for a message/note of an attempted delivery from a carrier, checking your mailbox, and asking neighbors if they have seen the package.
Sometimes mail carriers will prematurely mark the tracking as delivered. Please wait 48 hours to give the carrier sufficient time to deliver packages.
If your package was stolen from your mailbox or porch, please file a report with your local police department.
