International Warranty Claims

For international warranty coverage, we ask that you contact the authorized dealer where your product was purchased.

Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects on our inflatable products, and our international partners can provide the timeliest repair or replacement of the pad.

Please note that for any international warranty replacements shipped outside of the United States and Canada, a $50 USD shipping fee applies. This fee must be paid via PayPal prior to shipment.

While Klymit uses the best materials and components for its products, all materials and components eventually wear out with use and exposure over time. A covered product’s life is measured by how much use it gets and how well it is cared for, not by the product’s overall age.
