Why won't my pad with a flip valve stay inflated?

Make sure to use the flip valve correctly:

• The yellow toggle piece is a type of one-way valve that acts to slow air escaping from the pad while inflating, allowing the inflation process to be quicker.
• To ensure the pad is airtight overnight, the black rubber cap must be in place. While securing the black cap, some air may escape. This is a fail-safe to prevent the pad from being over-pressurized, which can lead to leaky seams over time. Click here to see how to close the Flip Valve to ensure a tight seal.
