To clean moldy sleeping pads:
If the stain is mold on the outside of the pad you should be able to wipe it away or wash it off with soapy water.
If the stain is mold internally, you can put a solution of water and rubbing alcohol in the pad to kill the mold. Swishing the solution around should dislodge any large growth and allow it to come out the valve. Hang the pad valve side down from a shower curtain or clothesline away from direct sun until completely dry.
